Terms of Service
These Terms govern the Inquiry Form website and the purchase and use of the Inquiry Form hosted form-building service. They explain the Monthly and Lifetime payment options, customer accounts, form creation and management, billing, lead delivery, cancellations, and customer responsibilities.
1. The service
Inquiry Form provides a hosted, self-service platform that allows businesses to create, customize, publish, and manage branded lead-qualification forms. A form may collect answers, independently dispatch an email copy to the business's configured lead-notification email, and prepare or open a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation to the business's configured WhatsApp number. Industry demonstrations are examples of possible workflows and are not offers of the professional services represented by those industries.
2. Plans and pricing
Inquiry Form currently offers the same core Inquiry Form service under two payment options:
- Monthly: $40 per month, plus applicable taxes, in the currency presented at checkout.
- Lifetime License: $500 one time, plus applicable taxes, in the currency presented at checkout.
The currency applicable to a purchase is displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Available currencies and localized pricing may vary by customer location or other information available to the payment processor. The amount and currency presented for the order at checkout govern that purchase.
The Monthly and Lifetime options are payment models, not different feature tiers. Monthly payments do not accumulate as credit toward a later Lifetime License. If a Monthly customer later chooses a Lifetime License, the then-current full Lifetime License price applies unless Inquiry Form expressly agrees otherwise.
3. Lifetime License
A Lifetime License means a license for the customer's Inquiry Form account and one hosted form, including hosting/access for the lifetime of the Inquiry Form service, core functionality, and reasonable maintenance. It does not mean unlimited custom development, unlimited redesigns, additional forms, new products, new integrations, or unrelated future services.
4. Form setup, customization, and account access
Each purchase provides access to create and operate one hosted Inquiry Form for one business. After completing the purchase and activating an account, the customer can use the Inquiry Form dashboard to select a starting template or start from scratch, configure business information and branding, create and edit qualification questions, set the lead-notification email and WhatsApp destination, preview the form, and publish it to its Inquiry Form URL.
The customer can continue to edit the available form settings through the dashboard and publish changes when ready. Changes made while editing may remain in draft until they are published and do not necessarily affect the currently published form immediately.
Inquiry Form may provide support or administrative assistance with account or form configuration when appropriate, but customers are generally able to create and manage their own form through the available self-service tools. Features and customization options are limited to those supported by the Inquiry Form platform unless additional work or services are separately agreed.
5. Form editing, maintenance, and support
Customers can use the available dashboard tools to edit and manage their Inquiry Form while they have active access to the service. Supported changes may include business information, branding, qualification questions, delivery destinations, and other settings made available through the platform.
Inquiry Form may provide reasonable technical or administrative support for the service. Custom development, major custom design work, additional forms, new integrations, features outside the available platform tools, or other work outside the standard service are not included unless separately agreed.
6. Payments and taxes
Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Inquiry Form does not store full payment-card details on its own servers. The applicable price, currency, and taxes are presented during checkout based on the purchase and information available to the payment processor. Applicable taxes may be added as required. Third-party payment services are also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Monthly billing, cancellation, and payment failure
Monthly service renews until cancelled. A customer may cancel future renewal, and the form remains active through the already-paid billing period unless another suspension right applies. Cancellation does not ordinarily create a prorated refund for the unused portion of an already-paid period, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a Monthly payment fails, Inquiry Form may provide a seven-day grace period during which the form remains active while payment is corrected. If payment remains unresolved at the end of the grace period, the public form may be suspended and display a neutral unavailable message. Configuration may be retained for up to 60 days to allow recovery. After that period, the form may be scheduled for deletion. Inquiry Form currently intends irreversible deletion to require owner/admin confirmation rather than occurring automatically.
If payment is recovered during the grace or retention period, the existing form may be reactivated without requiring a rebuild.
8. Refunds
Because Inquiry Form provides access to a hosted digital service and account-based form-building tools, payments are generally non-refundable once access to the purchased service has been provided or the account has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Inquiry Form. Cancellation of a Monthly plan stops future renewal but does not ordinarily create a prorated refund for an already-paid billing period.
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.
9. Lead delivery and no lead database
Inquiry Form is designed so that an inquiry submission can independently dispatch an email copy to the business while also preparing or opening a WhatsApp conversation. Email delivery does not depend on the visitor completing the WhatsApp message, and WhatsApp does not depend on successful email delivery.
Inquiry Form does not intentionally maintain a database of the customer's incoming lead submissions as part of the core service. A receiving business may independently retain information delivered to its email inbox, WhatsApp account, CRM, or other systems. Limited technical logs may be kept to diagnose delivery or system failures, but those logs are designed not to contain the submitted lead answers or message content.
No internet, email, or third-party messaging service is guaranteed to deliver every message without interruption or failure.
10. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the information and settings they add to or configure within their account and form, including business information, branding, contact destinations, qualification questions, claims, offers, instructions, and other content.
The customer is responsible for reviewing their form and its settings before publishing it and for reviewing changes before publishing updated versions. The customer is also responsible for maintaining accurate email and WhatsApp delivery destinations and appropriate access to their account.
The customer is responsible for the legality of its qualification questions, privacy notices, consent requirements, communications, claims, and downstream use of information it receives, including compliance with laws and professional rules applicable to its industry and jurisdiction.
11. Account and security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, keeping account information accurate, and using reasonable care to protect access to their account. Customers should notify Inquiry Form if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization. Available account tools may allow customers to update their password or request a change to their login email, subject to the verification and security controls provided by the platform.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use Inquiry Form to violate applicable law, impersonate another person or business, collect information you are not legally permitted to collect, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or conduct deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
13. Third-party services
The service may interact with third-party providers such as payment processors, hosting infrastructure, email systems, and WhatsApp. Those services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, and technical requirements. Inquiry Form is not responsible for outages or conduct of third-party services outside its reasonable control.
14. Intellectual property
Inquiry Form's branding, design, original text, software, templates, and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A customer's own logo, business content, and other materials remain theirs or their licensors'. The customer grants Inquiry Form permission to use materials it uploads, enters, or provides as reasonably necessary to operate, host, maintain, and support the service and the customer’s form.
15. Availability and service changes
Inquiry Form may maintain, modify, secure, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. The service depends on hosting, browsers, devices, networks, email systems, payment services, WhatsApp, and other infrastructure. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. If the Inquiry Form service itself is permanently discontinued, a Lifetime License does not require the service to operate beyond the lifetime of the Inquiry Form service.
16. No professional advice or guaranteed results
Industry examples and qualification questions do not constitute legal, financial, immigration, insurance, real-estate, construction, or other professional advice. Inquiry Form does not guarantee that an inquiry will be delivered, answered, converted, or produce any particular business result.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inquiry Form will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party services, or reliance on demonstration content. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the particular claim.
18. Privacy
How Inquiry Form handles personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Businesses receiving inquiries through their configured forms may have separate privacy obligations and policies.
19. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its latest update date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.
20. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the general contact section on the main Inquiry Form website.
